At dyxvalonzlyeu, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our event stationery products. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Custom Orders

Because our event stationery products are custom-made to your specifications, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. We provide detailed proofs for your approval before production to ensure accuracy.

If you discover an error in a custom order that is our fault, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost, including reprinting if necessary.

Standard Products

For standard, non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactuse@dyxvalonzlyeu.world or call us at +1 (772) 245-8634 within the return period. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on work completed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.
